The battery pack was supplied by the <a href=\"https:\/\/agence.loxam.fr\/778-loxam-stade-de-france\" type=\"link\" id=\"https:\/\/agence.loxam.fr\/778-loxam-stade-de-france\">Loxam Stade de France<\/a> branch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>A new eco-district<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A new eco-district is taking shape on the site of the former Saint-Vincent-de-Paul hospital. Its ambition: \u201czero carbon, zero waste, zero discharge.\u201d It echoes our own DNA: zero emission, zero noise, zero odor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The site: roads and utilities (VRD)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-link-color wp-elements-2 wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/eurovia.fr\/\" type=\"link\" id=\"https:\/\/eurovia.fr\/\">Eurovia<\/a> is carrying out VRD works (roads and utility networks): ground preparation, pipework and road layout. In the heart of Paris, noise, emissions and fuel handling are major constraints for crews and residents alike.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The need<\/strong> :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Eurovia teams had two concrete needs:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-contrast-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-3\"><strong>Boosting the autonomy of the site facility<\/strong>, already equipped with solar panels, to run air conditioning all day, essential during heatwaves.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-contrast-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-4\"><strong>Powering tools<\/strong> (plate compactor, electric chainsaw, rammer) <strong>and recharging portable power tool batteries.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The solution: Rock-E<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rock-E is our mobile battery-powered generator, rated 8 kW \/ 10 kWh. It is silent, emission-free and odor-free. It recharges from the mains, solar panels or an electric vehicle charging point.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>What it changes on site<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-contrast-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-5\"><strong>Enough power and autonomy<\/strong> to run tools and recharge portable equipment, without a thermal generator.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-contrast-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-6\"><strong>Ease of use and mobility<\/strong>: no heavier than an equivalent thermal generator, no fuel handling, no maintenance, ultra-mobile, able to handle high power peaks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-contrast-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-7\"><strong>A cleaner site<\/strong>: no more noise or emissions on a sensitive urban site, and a site facility powered continuously thanks to the battery + solar combination.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-contrast-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-8\"><strong>Designed and manufactured in France<\/strong>, an additional CSR argument.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-link-color wp-elements-9 wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.loxam.fr\/\" type=\"link\" id=\"https:\/\/www.loxam.fr\/\">Loxam<\/a>, a partner in decarbonizing construction sites<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-link-color wp-elements-10 wp-block-paragraph\">Rock-E is now referenced at Loxam.
